He has baked professionally and worked in or owned cafés for over a decade. Kristian is a Chef de Cuisine certified by the American Culinary Federation as well as the Culinary Institute of America. He trained with some of the premier Chefs in America while studying at the CIA. His unusual passion for excellence in baking, cuisine and specialty coffee fit in well, set to the backdrop of the beautifully renovated Carriage House.
